Monthly (30 nights minimum) rates start at $1381.35 for a Full Hook Up site. Purchase a CERApass and receive an even bigger discount!

Seasonal (April 1-Nov 1) rates are $6,037.50 with the purchase of a CERApass.

Golf Cart Permits
Monthly Golf Cart permits are $70 or $50 with a CERApass. Seasonal sites include a Golf Cart Permit for the season.

Reminder that ATV's, UTV's, or Side by Sides are not permitted.
Guest Policy
Guests are permitted to visit your campsite up until 10pm. There is a $5 per vehicle park entry fee for anyone that is not a CERApass holder. The 2 vehicle per campsite limit still applies. Guests may park in any of the additional parking areas. Please do not allow your guests to park in a different campsite.
Seasonal campers will receive 2 FREE guest passes per month.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on sites 1-18.
You may have 3 pets on your site. Pets are not permitted to be off leash at anytime or left outside unattended when you are not at your campsite.
Cancellation Policy
The regular cancellation policy applies to the monthly camping- 25% cancellation fee up to 72hrs of arrival date 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 72hrs of arrival date.

Seasonal campers will lose their initial deposit if cancelled before check-in. If a seasonal camper must leave before the end of the season, the regular camping rates will apply from check-in to the early check-out date.
Attraction Usage
Anyone using the attractions, must have a bracelet. CERApass holders may present their valid CERApass card at any of the attractions to receive their bracelet.
Anyone who is not a CERApass holder must purchase an Experience Pass bracelet. Campers may purchase the passes at $2 off the daily price.
Seasonal Campers do not receive the 2 Experience Pass bracelets with their site.
Seasonal Camper Handbook
Seasonal Campers are required to read and follow the guidelines of the Seasonal Camper Handbook. Violations of these policies may result in removal from the campground without refund.
